Black sea bass with rosemary and white wine recipe

Ready in 30 minutes.

We know that a proper diet includes fish in the menu at least once a week. Fresh fishes are highly perishable and therefore they need to be cooked once bought, not later than the next day. However, the fish is a food that does not require much cooking time. Usually 300 grams of fish cooks in the oven to 180 degrees in 30 minutes.

Ingredients for the black sea bass, 4 persons

  • 2 black sea bass already cleaned;
  • 4 sprigs of rosemary;
  • 1 sprig of parsley;
  • ½ cup dry white wine;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • extra virgin olive oil;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • lemon.

Preparation

Wash the fishes and insert a sprig of rosemary into the belly of each ones.

Place them in a previously oiled casserole and add two sprigs of chopped rosemary, some parsley and the crushed garlic.

Sprinkle with white wine, add a sprinkling of salt and pepper and bake at 180 degrees.

When the fishes are cooked, arrange them on a serving dish and decorate it with slices of lemon.
