Salad with Greens, Fruits, Pecans, Grilled Chicken recipe

Ingredients for Salad with Greens, Fruits, Pecans, Grilled Chicken recipe, 6 people
- 1 large fresh mango, peel removed and cubed
- 1 (5 ounces of or 142 grams) package of mixed greens
- 3- 4 tablespoons of champagne vinaigrette (recipe follows)
- 1/4 cup of praline pecans
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese
- 14 ounces (400 grams) grilled chicken fillets (about 8 pieces), recipe follows
- 8 fresh strawberries, leaves removed and sliced
For the chicken
- 2 garlic cloves, minced and pasted
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 red chilli , deseeded and finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper as desired
- 14 ounces (400 grams) skinless chicken mini fillets
- 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon of liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons of salted butter, softened
For the champagne vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon of shallot, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1-1/2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of champagne vinegar
- 1-1/2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
