Roasted Vegetable Mediterranean Pasta Salad recipe

Ingredients for Roasted Vegetable Mediterranean Pasta Salad recipe, 6 people
- 2 fresh red peppers, roasted and sliced into strips (or jarred roasted red pepper strips)
- sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground paprika
- 5- oz baby spinach (1 standard clamshell package)
- 6 ounces of crumbled feta cheese
- parmesan, for serving
- 2 cups of cooked or canned chickpeas
- 1 pound of pasta, prepared according to package directions
- 4 heads broccoli, washed
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
