Get thin or get fat?
Who says that cocoa is not healthy, make us put up weight and fat? Eating row cocoa is of a great help to our health. It protects our cardiovascular system, help lose weight since it reduces appetite, regulate blood sugars and, last but not least, make us feel happy because cocoa stimulate the production of endorphins.
Most of you will wonder: how come that chocolate bars make us lose weight? And this is the point: not chocolate, but raw cocoa. The first is the result of a process that foresees the addition of sugar, that’s why chocolate is sweet. Don’t think that cocoa is as sweet! It is bitter.
