Cheese, eggs, sugar and rum (if you like it).
The Mascarpone is an Italian cheese made from cream, coagulated with citric acid or acetic acid. You can enhance it with some sugar and eggs, in order to make a very interesting dessert. Moreover, the Mascarpone cream is easy to prepare.
In a bowl whip the yolks with the sugar until mixture is thick and fluffy. Stir in the egg whites whipped until stiff like snow and then add mascarpone little by little.
Diluite the mixture with some rum. Stir gently and pour the cream into bowls. Keep in the refrigerator for a while and then serve it with biscuits.
