Ingredients for Home-made Fruit (Plums) at Bottom Yogurt recipe, 1 person

  • 1 tablespoon of honey (or sweeten with 1- 2 tablespoon of sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon of water
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt (preferably not sour) sweetened with 2 teaspoons of or more honey (as needed)
  • 2 teaspoons of cornflour
  • a pinch of salt
  • 4 plums, chopped into small pieces or any other fruit
  • 2 teaspoons of cold water
