A good appetizer to spread on a crispy toast.
This is a good appetizer made up of soft cheese, a product particularly suitable to spread on bread or toast.
Put in a cup the 3 or 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and add the 10 grains of fresh green pepper.
Put the cheese of cow's milk into a cup and add the 3 leaves of basils, salt, pepper ad a drop of lemon juice.
Cover the cup with a plastic wrap and keep it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, until it becomes cold.
When an hour has passed, take out your cheese from the fridge and spread some of it on the crackers of your choice. I suggest you to use the extra virgin olive oil from the cup to dress those cheese crackers; in that way you will have the delicious flavor of the oil mixed with the basil, the green pepper and the lemon.
Once prepared, eat the crackers very soon; if you wait they soften up and are no longer crisp.
