Tofu is a real superfood!
Tofu is considered by its fans really a superfood: it's a food with high phytonutrients, contained in the soybean, helpful in preventing numerous diseases. Tofu gives as regards to its eaters (considering 4 oz serving): 6 grams of fats, 0 grams of saturated fats, 0 cholesterol!
Most of all it takes on the flavor of whatever you cook it with! Soymilk and tofu were certainly produced in China already during ancient times (Stone Era) as a kitchen slab shows.
