Far East healthy food.
Until 10 years ago, we didn’t have a clue of what sushi and sashimi could be, except for some words that sounded Japanese. With the spread of Japanese cuisine and its many restaurants in every country, everybody has surely tasted the delicious raw fish of sushi and other Japanese specialties.
Beyond its taste, we have one more reason to eat it: it’s low in fat and calories, high in vitamins, Omega-3s and proteins (these are the benefits of fish) and it is served with rice and vegetables. A really tasty and healthy food. What more could you want?
