Salmons In Italy come by plane. You will never find salmons among the several fishes that swim in the Mediterranean sea! The one in the picture - which is ready for lunch - comes straight from Norway.
This salmon recipe, like many other Italian recipes, is quite simple. It takes only a handful of minutes to be ready: you have to try it!
Salmon do not live in the Mediterranean sea, it takes the plane to come in Italy.
Wash and salt the salmon filets. Use the butter for greasing a pan, then lay the salmon filets.
Add the diced ripe tomato, the chopped parsley, the white wine and some drops of lemon juice.
Put a lid on the pan and cook for about 2 or 3 minutes at moderate heat.
When ready, serve the salmon with its sauce produced while cooking.
